have almost got to a place where i am happy with the princess/doll face, renamed "because i'm worthless' video piece for elective. Decided to add text to it that flashes up over the images, they flash very fast so hard to catch what they say, this is aimed at being subliminal. The words are words we see and hear everyday in magazines, adverts, words that describe what it is to be feminine and not feminine. Words like 'beautiful, sexy, because i'm worth it, ugly, buldge' plus some fashion and beauty brand names we are very familiar with. I'm not a hundred percent happy with it but i think if i step away from the work for a while then i will see what is needed when i return to it. So although the piece is unfinished i am happy with it at the stage it is...to be continued.
